We are proud partners with Naramata Bench Winery Association, for the second consecutive year to host the Naramata Bench Victoria Spring Release. Our partnership will see wines from the rolling hills and lakeside vineyards of this beautiful region paired with the award-winning cuisine of our Executive Chef Brad Horen and his team of food wizards.
As soon as I have the detailed information on which exact wineries and the labels that will make an appearance I will be update this blog and our website.
What I do know now is that fifteen wineries from the southern-interior BC region will be represented at the Victoria Spring Release; and it goes without saying each wine will be complemented by savoury, mouth-watering, West Coast inspired creations that will invigorate the palate.
Our chef will create selections for the evening will include only the freshest BC ingredients. Sustainably harvested food from artisan growers, organic farmers, local fishermen and Chef’s personal herb garden will enliven the distinct flavours of Naramata Bench wines.
Our guests at this great event will enjoy our awe-inspiring Terrace Room where serene views of our Japanese garden and the majestic Pacific Ocean will help to create the perfect evening. I am sure that this Spring Release event will stimulate the taste, smell and sights of the most discerning food and wine lovers looking for the best of BC.
And if all of that is not enough there will be an auction table to place your bids on Naramata Bench’s exclusive wines: the “Best of the Bench” 2010 collection.
